The workshop started with a guided meditation, followed by a round of founder pitches and a co-creation flow where each participant brought a question and left with new perspectives, ideas, and clarity.

We launched our first gathering bringing together +30 founders across the wellness space in Madrid.
Hosted at El Quadrado, the evening was designed as a personalized, warm introduction bar, creating a natural flow of conversation beyond traditional networking.
Founders showcased their products throughout the space, allowing guests to discover and experience them as part of the evening.

We’re launching our series of Founders Events with two founders I deeply admire: Kathi Rüd of Casa Kavi and Lucía Denevi of House of Mats.
Join us for a candid conversation, moderated by Wellness Founders Hub, to explore how they both built their own universes while staying true to their vision, and how their paths came together to collaborate in Madrid. We’ll have round of open questions from the participants.
For the second edition of our “Meet the Founders” events, we are excited to welcome Natalia Valencia from Apih Way and Elisa Trucco from Eliot Real Food.
Join us for a candid conversation to explore how “Apih and Eliot” came together in Madrid to translate wellness market trends into real product co-creation, and how they launched functional foods while staying rooted in each of their brand universes.
Of course, adaptogenic drinks and functional snacks will be served, so we can taste the story as we go 🤎🧡
For our next Wellness Founders Hub event, we’re welcoming Kim Kessler, founder of KIPR Global, a luxury hospitality and wellness PR agency with longstanding experience across hospitality, including Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, and SHA Wellness Clinic. Most recently, Kim collaborated with Alma Guerra on the retreat experience at Four Seasons Mallorca for JOMO Madrid.
We’ll begin by unpacking Kim’s journey, from building a career in luxury hospitality to founding a PR agency at the intersection of wellness, luxury, and destination experiences.
From there, we’ll explore the forces reshaping travel, longevity, and human connection across wellness tourism, a market projected to surpass $1.3T globally by 2028.
Finally, we’ll open the discussion to all participants, sharing perspectives on how Madrid is evolving through a global lens, and how we can collectively contribute to shaping its wellness and hospitality ecosystem.

We reflected on how they discovered their purpose, and how that clarity guided their move across industries.
We also explored how worlds like fashion and wellness are starting to collide, and how these intersections can redefine their role through a more holistic lens.
